AAA worked hard to defeat PA’s helmet modification bill and now they’re at it again. AAA is working hard to defeat Maryland’s lid bill, and all indications are they are in this for the long haul and they are our ENEMY. If you have AAA membership cancel it and tell them WHY! Those who wish to take a minute and let them know your displeasure at their lobbying against bikers can call 1-215-864-5000 and ask for Public and Government, let them know we are watching.

Searches without warrants? Yep the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans ruled that it’s OK to search without a warrant. What happened to the 4th Amendment here? The Constitution is raped everyday, some recent examples are, the 1st in Georgia limiting how many can protest at a public demonstration, the 2nd right here in PA with House Bill 2451 an assault weapons ban. Read the language in this bill and see if the second coming of Hitler isn’t right around the corner. The 8th, just read some of the “enemy combatant” stories in the “War on Terror”, the 10th the EPA and NHTSA destroy all the time, the 11th just have a look at the UN and their one world government plans, the 16th never properly ratified. Are you getting the picture here? The Government of the people by the people and for the people now does whatever the hell it wants TO THE PEOPLE. Wake up before it’s too late and the next paragraph fits right in with all this.

Is ID mandatory? Can you say show me your papers please? Do you have the mark of the beast? The US Supreme Court is scheduled to rule on a first of its kind case, that is it mandatory to show ID when you’ve done nothing wrong. The Court is looking at an appeal from a Nevada rancher who was asked for ID when he had done nothing wrong. Even had he done something wrong what happened to our “Right to remain silent”? This month Foxy and I will at the request of ABATE of SC be making a stop at Myrtle Beach to meet up with Fast Fred and some of the locals. Inside info on these trips always helps and this will be my first “official” visit since SoLR at the request of ABATE of SC lifted the Murder Beach Boycott.
